• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics to identify root causes of component or assembly failures. • Develop and maintain expertise across multiple product lines, including Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection Systems. • Undertake high-priority projects as assigned, maintaining a commitment to excellence and attention to detail. • Identify and address recurring issues through independent analysis and collaborative problem-solving. • Utilize business software applications (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) to generate precise and informative reports as required. • Execute on-site troubleshooting, servicing, installation, and repair of Trace, X-Ray, CT X-Ray, and Cargo Inspection equipment with utmost precision and care.

• Identify and develop new sales and business opportunities in the defense sector, including new markets, products and partnerships. • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its defense customers to understand and meet their needs. • Conduct regular customer meetings to discuss ongoing projects, future requirements and potential new business opportunities. • Develop and implement strategic customer plans together with the Business Development Manager – Defense to achieve sales targets and expand market share. • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to the individual needs of defense customers.

• Support and lead contract negotiations with customers across various sectors • Take accountability for the commercial performance of contracts • Identify, assess, and manage commercial and contractual risks • Lead commercial change management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations • Draft and issue RFPs and contracts to sub-contractors • Act as the primary point of contact for contract administration and commercial correspondence
