• Lead the data dimension of the migration for the SAP SQL Anywhere layer (~3.5M rows; 8,946 triggers; 805 stored procedures; 40k+ access points) • Evaluate and deploy a change data capture mechanism to enable coexistence stitching (no managed CDC for SQL Anywhere; dbtran is not CDC) • Ensure single-writer ownership during the dual-run • Protect data integrity and performance of the fiscal ledger system • Maintain the data side of the equivalence harness (production history replay) • Produce masked/synthetic datasets in compliance with Brazil's LGPD • Define the migration and reconciliation plan in waves, avoiding split-brain • Extract and document embedded business logic as reusable artifacts

• Define and evolve the architecture of web applications and APIs • Lead technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives • Design solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud services • Ensure security, scalability, availability, and performance requirements • Participate in technical and solution architecture reviews

• Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products • Map and define dependencies between technical teams for the construction of your team's solutions • Support the team with technical and business knowledge to help execute their activities • Propose and analyze the impact of parameters and modules to be configured in the company's systems • Map the current state of processes and systems with key stakeholders in the business areas and identify improvements • Validate implemented medium-complexity requirements before delivery • Analyze requests and adjustments with external vendors and relay them to the development team • Support the elicitation of business and software requirements with internal and external users, translating them into system solutions • Assist in preparing business requirements documentation, functional requirements, and user stories.

• Support the development and maintenance of solutions on the Salesforce platform • Participate in implementing enhancements and new features in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Assist with configuration of objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, roles and sharing rules • Support the creation and maintenance of automations using Flow and approval processes • Participate in the analysis and resolution of incidents and bugs reported by users • Assist in the development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and customizations in Apex under the guidance of more experienced developers • Support integration activities between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs • Contribute to the preparation and update of technical and functional documentation • Assist in executing tests and validations of developed functionalities • Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather and understand requirements • Support the team in identifying continuous improvement opportunities for processes and systems
