• Desarrollar y mantener suites de automatización de pruebas funcionales utilizando Playwright y Cucumber. • Diseñar e implementar escenarios de prueba basados en BDD (Gherkin). • Automatizar pruebas de APIs utilizando herramientas como Karate. • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas de performance utilizando K6 y JMeter. • Integrar pruebas automatizadas en pipelines de CI/CD. • Analizar resultados de ejecución y generar reportes de calidad. • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y QA funcional para definir estrategias de automatización. • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en cobertura y eficiencia de pruebas.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia previa (mínimo 3 años) en automatización de pruebas.
- Experiencia con Playwright (excluyente).
- Experiencia utilizando Cucumber / Gherkin para definición de escenarios BDD (excluyente).
- Experiencia en testing de APIs (preferentemente con Karate ).
- Experiencia en pruebas de performance con K6 y/o JMeter.
- Conocimiento de lenguajes de programación (JavaScript y/o Java).
- Experiencia en integración continua ( CI/CD ).
- Experiencia en entornos ágiles (Scrum).
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión como Azure DevOps (deseable).
- Es un plus la experiencia en TestCafe .

Role Description The QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role emphasizes test automation strategy and implementation while managing manual testing efforts as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of QA methodologies, and hands-on experience with automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Strategy - Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices across projects. - Manage and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to align QA processes with business goals. - Automation - Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications. - Drive automation coverage for regression, smoke, and performance testing. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery. - Quality Assurance - Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for functional, integration, and system testing. - Ensure defect tracking and root cause analysis are performed effectively. - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure quality and team performance. - Tools & Technologies - Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JMeter, and API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). - Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
