Associate Vice President – Quality Assurance

• Provide senior Quality leadership and operational direction for SCRI's Quality Management System (QMS). • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing Quality Assurance team. • Maintain and continuously improve the established QMS for effectiveness and compliance. • Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness. • Oversee audits, inspections, CAPA, deviations, and quality metrics.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years' experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements.
- Progressive Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or compliance leadership experience.
- Experience managing Quality Management Systems, including audits, inspections, CAPA, deviations.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- RAPS - Regulatory Affairs Certification highly preferred.

• Provides quality assurance and testing support across the POTS development, maintenance, modernization, integration, and release lifecycle. • Ensures that software, documentation, deliverables, and services meet functional, technical, security, accessibility, and performance requirements. • Develop and maintain the project test strategy, test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test reports. • Validate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for completeness and testability. • Perform functional, regression, integration, interface, API, database, browser, mobile, usability, and accessibility testing. • Support automated test development and integration into CI/CD pipelines. • Record, prioritize, track, retest, and report defects through closure. • Validate production fixes, releases, enhancements, and modernization activities. • Test interfaces with NBS, NED, nVision, ServiceNow, DMS, and third-party applications. • Verify compliance with Section 508, security, privacy, and customer technical requirements. • Monitor quality trends, defect leakage, rework, test coverage, and release readiness. • Support development and maintenance of the Quality Assurance Plan and project quality metrics. • Confirm deliverables satisfy defined acceptance criteria before Government submission.
