Senior Craft Recruiter

Wanzek Construction

Role Description The Senior Craft Recruiter will be responsible for executing full life cycle craft recruiting and employment activities including onboarding, performance assessments, disciplinary actions, and transfer coordination. Tasks will include but are not limited to: - Creating and managing requisitions including assessing job specification criteria, identifying screening questions, and determining candidate interview approach. - Interviewing potential candidates and gathering feedback from interviews. - Completing interview elevation documentation and negotiating job offer details with candidates. - Identifying and staying current on market trends that impact project staffing. This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S., and requires 25% travel throughout the United States. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, preferably in the construction industry. - Ability to travel up to 10% for career fairs and other recruiting efforts. Requirements - Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety. - Exceptional prioritization and time management skills. - Experience with iCIMS, UKG, and/or Service Now is a plus. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. - Strong attention to detail with a high sense of urgency. - Intermediate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience recruiting talent in competitive markets. - Ability to interact and build strong relationships with multiple levels of management.
