Job Requirements
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations.
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters.
- Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process.
- Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams.
- Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
