Responsibilities - Conduzir audiências trabalhistas telepresenciais, incluindo audiências iniciais, de instrução e audiências UNA. - Atuar em negociações de acordo durante as audiências, buscando soluções estratégicas para os clientes. - Elaborar impugnações relacionadas às audiências realizadas. - Preparar razões finais, quando necessário. - Analisar relatórios e seguir orientações processuais diárias da equipe. - Utilizar ferramentas jurídicas e sistemas internos para gestão e acompanhamento dos processos. Role Description This position is 100% remote. The Senior Attorney researches and advises staff about complex legal issues and questions to align agency operations to federal and state legislation. You will draft memorandums of law through an agency impact lens. You will review and analyze issues impacting child welfare law, Indiana Code, and DCS policy.
