VP of Commercial Legal

• Lead the evolution of Pax8's commercial legal function, creating scalable legal frameworks that enable the business to move faster while maintaining appropriate governance. • Shape the long-term vision and operating model for commercial legal across the organization. • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and key commercial stakeholders. • Build scalable approaches to contracts, commercial frameworks and partner engagement. • Drive innovative legal processes that reduce complexity and improve speed to business. • Lead the adoption of AI-enabled tools and technologies that enhance legal productivity. • Negotiate and advise on Pax8's most strategic commercial agreements and partnerships. • Develop legal standards, templates and governance that support future growth. • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing global team of legal professionals. • Partner closely with stakeholders across revenue, finance, procurement, marketing and operations. • Improve legal operations through automation, simplification and intelligent workflows. • Manage legal budgets, resource planning and organizational design. • Help ensure that Pax8 remains commercially agile as regulations, technology and markets evolve.

You will draft memorandums of law through an agency impact lens. You will review and analyze issues impacting child welfare law, Indiana Code, and DCS policy.
