Role Description We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to design and govern cloud-native solutions across compute, networking, data, identity, and security domains on a major cloud platform. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, security architects, and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate brings strong breadth across modern cloud capabilities, depth in at least one major provider, and the architectural judgment to balance time-to-market, cost, security, and long-term maintainability. Key Responsibilities - Design end-to-end cloud solutions covering compute, networking, storage, identity, data, and observability layers. - Lead solution architecture reviews and approval processes for major cloud initiatives. - Define cloud landing zone, account structure, and tagging strategies for new and existing workloads. - Establish reference architectures, blueprints, and reusable patterns adopted across engineering teams. - Architect security, identity, and compliance controls embedded into the cloud foundation. - Design networking topologies including VPC/VNet design, transit hubs, hybrid connectivity, and private endpoints. - Lead cloud migration, modernization, and re-platforming initiatives across application portfolios. - Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and FinOps practices across the cloud estate, partnering with finance and engineering teams to make cloud spend transparent, predictable, and tied to delivered business value. - Partner with security architects to embed identity, data protection, and compliance controls from the outset. - Produce architecture artifacts including context diagrams, sequence diagrams, and decision records. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams during solution delivery. - Engage with cloud providers and platform partners to evaluate roadmap fit. - Track emerging cloud capabilities and ecosystem developments, assessing relevance to current and planned workloads, and recommend strategic adoption based on demonstrated value and operational maturity. - Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory obligations, ensuring that cloud designs satisfy both engineering goals and the broader compliance posture of the organization. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Eight or more years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles. - Deep expertise designing cloud-native solutions on at least one major cloud platform. - Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security primitives. - Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and platform consolidation programs. - Strong understanding of containerization, serverless, and managed data services. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience producing formal architecture artifacts and presenting them to senior leadership. - Track record of leading architecture reviews and influencing engineering direction. - Cloud architecture certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Preferred Qualifications - Multiple cloud architecture certifications. - Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. - Exposure to regulated industries with strict cloud compliance requirements. - Experience driving FinOps and cost transparency initiatives. Requirements - 8+ years of experience. - No new H1B sponsorship available; H1B transfers welcomed for qualified candidates. - Full-time, direct W2 with Bright Vision Technologies (no C2C, no 1099, no third-party). - Long-term, multi-year engagement aligned to the Bright Vision SOW delivery roadmap. - Technical coding assessment is mandatory. Role Description We're looking for a Senior Data Solutions Architect to work closely with our Head of Data & AI to design, build, scale, and maintain the systems that power our continued growth. This is not a traditional reporting role. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions to complex business problems by combining data engineering, analytics, automation, systems integration, and AI. - A major part of this role will involve identifying inefficient processes and redesigning them from the ground up. - Using Python, APIs, automation platforms, modern data infrastructure, and AI, you will reduce manual work, improve accuracy, accelerate decision-making, and enable teams to accomplish things that were previously impossible. - This role requires a high degree of ownership, independence, and accountability. - We move quickly, our challenges are often complex, and we expect the person in this role to take full responsibility for delivering meaningful results. - This is not a conventional 9-to-5 position; we care more about delivering results than watching the clock. Qualifications - Advanced SQL skills—you should be able to write complex queries with ease. - Strong experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, and modern data architectures. - Advanced Python skills for scripting, automation, API integrations, and data processing. - Experience designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions. - Experience developing AI-powered solutions used in real business processes or production environments, or integrating large language models and machine learning services into applications, workflows, or internal tools. - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements - Take ownership instead of waiting for detailed instructions. - Push projects forward and follow through until solutions are fully delivered. - Investigate problems deeply instead of applying superficial fixes. - Communicate early when risks or obstacles arise. - Maintain exceptionally high standards for quality, reliability, and accuracy. - Be comfortable being held accountable for outcomes. - Work with urgency and understand that some projects require additional effort. - Care about the success of the business—not just the completion of assigned tasks. - A strong sense of urgency, accountability, and personal ownership. - The ability to work independently, make decisions with incomplete information, and move projects forward without constant supervision. Benefits - Permanent Work-From-Home Setup – Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely. - Competitive Salary – Receive strong compensation aligned with your experience and the value you bring to the team. - Collaborative Culture – Work alongside talented professionals in a supportive, collaborative, and innovative environment. - Meaningful Impact – Build systems and solutions that directly contribute to company growth and operational success. - Autonomy and Ownership – Have the freedom and responsibility to design, build, and improve high-impact solutions.
