Great Experience Could Include - Outbound prospecting, cold calling, or sales development. - Recruiting, agency work, fundraising, alumni calling, door-to-door sales, real estate, automotive sales, or other roles requiring persistence and persuasion. - Experience owning metrics such as calls, emails, meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline generated, quota attainment, or revenue impact. - Internships, campus leadership, athletics, volunteer work, or other examples of initiative, resilience, and commitment. Why Nexthink - Real internal promotion path: many BDRs have advanced into Client Specialist and other sales roles. - Structured training, enablement, coaching, and onboarding. - Exposure to experienced Account Executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams. - Opportunity to own a territory and build real enterprise sales skills. - Strong team culture with recognition, collaboration, and healthy competition. - A category-leading product solving a meaningful problem for enterprise customers. - A stable, growing company with global scale and continued market opportunity.
