Area Manager

FleetPride

• Overseeing the sales and operational performance of multiple branches within the area • Developing and mentoring Branch Managers • Providing leadership to the area that exemplifies FleetPride’s values • Aligning area/branch objectives with activities that meet or exceed financial targets • Navigating FleetPride’s internal and external networks to marshal necessary resources • Traveling regularly to engage team members and customers • Conducting regular branch location visits to celebrate successes and identify areas of opportunity • Creating a best-in-class employee experience by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and safety • Developing and executing area-level sales strategies to meet or exceed financial targets • Driving organic growth through a combination of new customers and expanding share of wallet with existing customers • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance via key performance indicators (KPIs) across branches • Driving safety awareness with team members • Developing and implementing operational strategies at the branch/area level • Taking ownership of financial P&L results at branch and area levels

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in heavy duty truck parts industry
  • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required
  • Associate degree in Business, Management, or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record
  • Understanding of FleetPride’s processes, procedures, and structure; preferred
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on development and mentorship
  • Understanding of analytical, statistical, and financial processes and procedures
  • Strong professionalism, credibility, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM utilization; preferred
  • Experience with PowerBi utilization; preferred
