• Coordinate pre-hire documentation, security protocols, and preparatory activities. • Draft and distribute welcome emails, coordinate with pre-hires, and support integration of new resources. • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and organizational requirements. • Provide recommendations to improve onboarding processes, tools, and workflows. • Build positive relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, schedule tasks, and organize meetings. • Capture and distribute meeting minutes; manage email groups and distribution lists. • Handle incoming correspondence professionally and maintain clear communication channels. • Maintain accurate records, databases, and SharePoint sites. • Organize and safeguard physical and electronic files, ensuring proper handling of sensitive and classified information. • Assist with operational activities, including developing procedures, guidelines, and best practices. • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed. • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Develop detailed and ad hoc reports to support decision-making.

• Work alongside our existing UK based Tech Operations team to help ElevenLabs scale globally. • Serve as the technical point of contact for the region. • Automate IT processes and manage the technical build out of our new offices.

• Work with Data Exchange partners and internal teams to develop and maintain Data Exchange data feeds (ex. claims, vaccine reimbursements, eligibility, etc.) and ensure their accuracy at Capital Rx • Serving as a point of coordination for Data Exchange identification and issue resolution with internal teams and external integration partners • Identify and triage Data Exchange issues and support the resolution of all errors related to transferring, loading, and management of integrated Data Exchange data • Proactively monitoring system status and Data Exchange management data to quickly identify potential abnormalities that might impact quality and accuracy • Ensuring that all issues and errors are resolved using designated operating standards and within defined service levels • Assist with the validation of Data Exchange data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes • Participate in projects with Data Exchange impacts including vendor changes, client migrations, and client add-on requests

• Advance Strategic Initiatives – Lead enterprise-wide initiatives, including clinical strategy, platform and tool rollouts, and operating model enhancements, that strengthen Habitat’s offering and organizational capabilities. • Standardize and Scale Market Operations – Contribute to the development of Habitat’s launch frameworks, processes, and tools that improve operational execution that can be replicated across new markets and partners, setting Habitat up for future scale and expansion. • Support Operational Execution – Track progress, surface risks, and drive accountability across the Operations organization to ensure partnership and enterprise initiatives stay on course. • Translate Strategy into Action – Distill complex problems into structured solutions, enabling timely decision-making by leadership.
