Tech Operations Engineer
ElevenLabs
• Work alongside our existing UK based Tech Operations team to help ElevenLabs scale globally. • Serve as the technical point of contact for the region. • Automate IT processes and manage the technical build out of our new offices.
Job Requirements
- Automation first mindset with experience managing configuration at scale for macOS
- Experience in Technical Operations, DevOps-adjacent, or IT Engineering roles
- Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g Jamf, Kandji, Fleet)
- Experience with SAML, SCIM and OIDC and Identity Access Management (Okta, Google Workspace).
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash or similar) with a proven track record of automating compliance checks, device configurations, and other IT security tasks.
- Experience managing office network equipment (e.g Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti)
- Proven ability to maintain compliance with SOC2 / ISO27001 (or similar) standards
- Friendly, end-user focussed attitude
- Bonus: Open source contributions (e.g a tool you built to automate something)
- Bonus: Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment
- Bonus: Deep understanding of endpoint security standards (NIST/CIS)
- Bonus: Can commute to our (new) New York office
- Bonus: Knowledge of osquery
- Bonus: Terraform (or other infrastructure as code) experience
