By partnering closely with school leaders, the Talent Acquisition Partner will make measurable improvements in the hiring functions at the schools and elevate the candidate experience. This is a remote position; however, qualified candidates must reside in the Eastern Time Zone to align with team and operational hours. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for current and future openings across multiple school sites. - Develop effective relationships with school leaders as a value-added partner in solving staffing challenges. - Collaborate with and contribute to the Talent Acquisition team in building team success in driving a positive business impact. - Source candidates using innovative methods, including social media, Boolean searches, networking, and professional events. - Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural fit. - Contribute to recruitment efforts on social media platforms. - Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system. - Participate in internal and external hiring events. - Cultivate relationships with universities and education channels as a source of qualified applicants. - Develop and execute effective recruiting plans and sourcing strategies, and track successes to continually elevate recruiting results. - Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, efficient process management, and engaging relationship development. - Build talent networks and source passive candidates for future needs. - Align talent to business needs through a comprehensive understanding of each school's culture and nuances. - Advise hiring managers on recruitment trends and best practices. - Use social, professional networking, and other channels to proactively source candidates.
