Role Description This role involves supporting the deployment and continuous improvement of Oracle Recruiting within the HCM Cloud suite. - Deliver subject matter expertise for the Oracle Fusion Recruiting module, guiding clients through configuration, testing, and deployment activities. - Facilitate discovery sessions, requirement workshops, and support UAT cycles. - Configure Oracle Recruiting features and ensure alignment with organizational processes. - Work closely with HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management teams to promote smooth integration and system adoption. - Develop training resources and provide knowledge transfer to end users. - Review Oracle quarterly updates, analyze potential impacts, and recommend necessary adjustments. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud, with direct expertise in Recruiting. - Strong background in the Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation lifecycle, from discovery through support. - Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and its connection points with Recruiting. - Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system configurations. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable managing multiple assignments in a dynamic environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related discipline. - Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
