Role Description Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. This role is primarily tactical in nature and manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Scope and Organizational Responsibility - Oversees the operation of a single department or "unique entity" within the organization. - Plans, organizes, and controls resources within the department or unique entity. - Participates in the creation of operating plans that support the organization's overall strategic plan. - Manages coordination of activities across a section or department, with responsibility for results including costs, methods, and staffing. Role Description itD is seeking a Program Manager, Gong Engage to build and lead the engagement framework that drives successful adoption and long-term utilization of a global sales engagement platform across a large enterprise organization. This role will establish governance, stakeholder alignment, content engagement strategies, and product feedback processes that enable sustained seller productivity and business impact. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise program management, sales enablement, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of delivering scalable operational frameworks that improve adoption and business outcomes. The External Audit Program Lead is responsible for the coordination and completion of audit projects across various functional areas.
