• Build and ship front-end features across Deepgram’s customer-facing Console and Playground experiences. • Build internal-facing tools that improve workflows and productivity across Deepgram. • Partner with product, design, and engineering to create accessible, performant, and responsive interfaces. • Translate product ideas and design concepts into well-scoped, incrementally releasable work. • Balance rapid iteration with long-term maintainability, quality, and performance. • Help raise the bar through code reviews, technical design discussions, and strong front-end engineering practices.

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing frontend systems in alignment with business strategy. • Drive front-end excellence across engineering, ensuring the creation of fast, accessible, and visually polished experiences that reflect the Hims & Hers brand. • Establish patterns and frameworks that ensure quality, resilience, and operational excellence across the organization. • Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape product direction and ensure our architecture supports strategic goals. • Mentor senior technical leaders and engineers, elevating engineering capabilities across the organization. • Lead through complexity and ambiguity, clarifying direction where ownership is unclear. • Translate customer needs and product goals into scalable technical solutions. • Design systems and team boundaries to support sustainable growth.

• Build and maintain web application features using React and TypeScript • Contribute to responsive, intuitive user experiences for portal and workflow-driven use cases • Integrate frontend features with backend APIs, identity flows, and platform services • Help investigate issues, reproduce bugs, validate fixes, and improve product quality • Participate in testing, code reviews, CI/CD workflows, and team engineering practices • Work closely with product, QA, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Learn and apply best practices for secure API use, maintainable UI design, and modern web development • Support issue investigation and team collaboration during U.S. business hours

• Actively assist in designing robust technical solutions and contribute globally to the application's evolution. • Develop reusable components and high-performance interfaces, applying advanced Microfrontends concepts and integration with BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) patterns. • Actively participate in inceptions, refinements and agile ceremonies, collaborating directly with the team to ensure stories are delivered within the sprint. • Share technical knowledge, ensuring application of SOLID principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture best practices. • Ensure frontend technical quality through automated tests, strict Accessibility practices, and production monitoring.
