• Supervise and review complex accounting functions, including reconciliations, adjusting entries, bill payments, and accounts receivable for multiple entities • Oversee annual accounting procedures to prepare financial records for tax preparation, 1099s, and tangible personal property returns • Prepare financial compilations on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis based on client needs • Identify and address material misstatements, inconsistencies, and risks in financial reports • Provide advisory and financial consulting services to clients, leveraging industry expertise • Prepare engagement budgets and monitor performance to ensure efficient use of resources • Foster and develop meaningful client relationships to ensure expectations are clearly defined and met • Conduct detailed reviews of engagements, providing constructive feedback and mentoring less experienced team members • Research complex accounting issues and present recommendations with supporting documentation • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address project statuses and financial concerns • Participate in training programs and independent learning to maintain and expand technical knowledge • Demonstrate time management skills to prioritize engagements and ensure timely delivery of work • Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership • Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in general accounting
- CPA license or eligible (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Thorough understanding of complex accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in learning and using accounting software and related tools
- Developing strong leadership and communication skills for mentoring teams and managing client relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking to identify risks, inconsistencies, and solutions in financial reporting
- High accuracy in mathematical and accounting tasks
- Ability to oversee multiple engagements and ensure compliance with firm procedures
- Proactive problem-solving skills, including leadership in collaborative solution proposals and implementations
- Ability to design and optimize accounting processes to drive efficiency, ensure accuracy, and maintain internal controls

• Lead Maintenance & Reliability Activities • Coordinate preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities across terminal facilities and equipment • Conduct mechanical and electrical inspections to ensure assets remain safe, compliant, and operational • Investigate equipment failures and breakdowns and implement effective corrective actions • Monitor asset performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime • Manage and maintain the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) • Manage Contractors & Safe Systems of Work • Coordinate third-party contractors supporting maintenance and engineering activities • Ensure all contractor control procedures are followed, including inductions, permits, risk assessments, and RAMS • Administer and manage Permit-to-Work systems across operational sites • Monitor contractor performance to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard • Drive Safety, Compliance & Risk Management • Prepare and review risk assessments and safe working procedures • Support compliance with all company, environmental, regulatory, and terminal operating requirements • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure safe and compliant operations • Promote a proactive safety culture across the site • Participate in emergency response and incident management activities as required • Investigate & Improve • Report and investigate equipment failures, incidents, and near misses • Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across maintenance and operational processes • Support Projects & Operational Excellence • Develop technical specifications, maintenance scopes, cost estimates, and project documentation • Raise and track work orders to ensure maintenance activities are completed on time • Support terminal improvement projects and site development initiatives • Partner with terminal operations teams to ensure safe and efficient day-to-day operations • Reporting & Budget Management • Manage maintenance budgets within delegated authority • Track maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements • Compile and report maintenance KPIs and operational performance metrics • Maintain accurate documentation, certifications, permits, maintenance records, and compliance records
• Responsible for the daily preparation, production, stocking, and presentation of a variety of foods. • Performs all main line food production duties with specific items determined by assigned shift. • Reviews the needs of the day with assigned supervisor(s), completes production sheets, reviews maintenance reports, and verifies supply needs and availability. • Assists assigned supervisors with menu and recipe development. • Monitors, replenishes all salad bar and pantry production items using proper rotation procedures. • Cooks various food items such as breakfast, lunch or dinner foods, and salad bar items. • Cleans and sanitizes preparation areas and equipment. • Communicates with supervisors to discuss items needed for meals and backups.
