• Monitoring customer tickets submitted by clients; • Managing the backlog, identifying and reinforcing deadlines with interface teams and preparing responses to the client; • Analyzing incoming tickets and routing cases to other CX areas; • Handling potential customer dissatisfaction, focusing on recovery to maintain and reinforce VOLL's quality standards; • Supporting the client's point of contact with questions, assistance, and tool adjustments;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Tourism and Hospitality, Marketing and/or Business Administration;
- Up to 2 years of experience in commercial account management focused on corporate travel, mobility, and expense management;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Basic English and/or Spanish;
- MS Office (Intermediate);
- Familiarity with travel agency operations, airlines, hospitality, car rental, or online travel tools;
- Experience with urban mobility or corporate expense workflows;
- Basic CRM knowledge.
