Role Description At H2 Health Kids, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while collaborating virtually with children, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while delivering meaningful clinical support and helping improve the lives of children and their families. Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. We focus on improving communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, and functional independence through individualized ABA programming, caregiver coaching, and collaborative care. • Installation, configuration and administration of databases, following best practices; • Ensure the proper operation of the IT management system; • Propose and implement improvements to databases; • Support the development of database automation; • Develop database automations and ensure continuity of the processes; • Monitor and handle events and alerts from environment control tools and review monitoring consoles; • Identify, analyze and remediate vulnerabilities and security gaps in information assets; • Perform and support internal and external audits; • Be responsible for and participate in projects; • Monitor company communication channels and provide support and assistance to users; • Document all executed actions in tasks and keep backlog tools up to date; • Contribute to creating and updating procedures, standards and policies, as well as other environment documentation; • Plan area actions and projects by estimating costs and presenting to senior management; • Ensure applicability of the area’s processes, standards and policies; • Improve internal processes by applying market frameworks.

• Develop and implement Machine Learning, deep learning and other AI solutions. • Prototype and test AI models to address specific business problems. • Analyze logs and usage metrics of AI models to identify failures, unexpected behaviors, or opportunities to improve the user experience. • Participate in research on new AI methods and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. • Perform functional tests after adjustments or deployments to ensure interactions and flows are correct. • Document processes, methodologies and results of AI projects in a clear and accessible manner. • Contribute to the design of business process solutions using AI.

• The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring projects to strengthen public management, especially in the areas of education and human resources management. • Will work with Municipal and State Departments of Education, supporting and monitoring the development of public policies, diagnostics, and action plans. • This role requires autonomous, collaborative, and strategic work, articulating different stakeholders, interpreting data, and adapting solutions to diverse political and institutional contexts. • The position demands analytical thinking, a sense of ownership, facilitation skills, and the ability to read the political environment.
