• Lead Motriz’s monitoring, evaluation and research strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities. • Manage a skilled technical team composed of two coordinators and two analysts. • Structure and advance the use of educational data to support decision-making. • Integrate and analyze large, complex datasets, including: • Secondary data: local learning assessments, SAEB, School Census. • Primary data: proprietary surveys, focus groups and new indicators. • Develop analyses and products that support territories in improving educational outcomes. • Conduct and/or supervise impact evaluations in partnership with external institutions. • Ensure methodological quality and analytical rigor in all research and studies. • Define, track and measure organizational and territorial targets. • Strengthen data governance and the organization’s culture of evidence use. • Build and maintain relationships with researchers and reference institutions in Brazil and internationally.
