Job Requirements
- Strong experience in Oracle Database administration, working in critical, corporate and high-availability environments.
- Advanced knowledge in:
- Oracle Database;
- Oracle RAC;
- Oracle ASM;
- Oracle Data Guard;
- RMAN, backup, restore and recovery;
- Performance tuning;
- SQL analysis, execution plans, waits, locks, sessions and indexes;
- Administration of tablespaces, datafiles, archivelogs, FRA, jobs, users, roles and profiles;
- Applying patches, upgrades and maintenance in Oracle environments;
- Database security, access management, auditing and hardening best practices;
- Linux/Unix operating systems;
- Shell scripting and/or PL/SQL for routine automation and operational support;
- Database monitoring, capacity, availability and performance;
- Handling critical incidents, root cause analysis and defining corrective and preventive actions.
- Differentials:
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager;
- Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate;
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or MongoDB;
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana or similar;

Role Description The Technical Applications Analyst serves as a technical subject matter expert supporting the enterprise AMS, NetForum. This focus includes support for NetForum AMS, related integrations, authentication services, Workato iPaS and other downstream SaaS platforms. This position requires strong technical skills including SQL development, scripting, troubleshooting, API integrations and reporting, along with the ability to support business users, testing activities and cross-system issue resolution. This role directly supports resolving business applications tickets and provides suggestions to support continuous improvements of business-critical systems and related data flows. Experience with NetForum, Workato or other Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions and enterprise SaaS applications is highly desirable. This will be a temporary, 6-month assignment that will work 100% remotely. It is not benefits eligible.
