Role Description We are currently searching for a Full Stack .NET Developer: - Develop and deploy scalable .NET Core-based microservices and applications on AWS across frontend, backend, and data layers. - Participate in SAFe PI Planning and Agile sprint ceremonies while collaborating with distributed teams across time zones. - Consume AWS CDK templates provided by the Cloud Engineering team for infrastructure provisioning. - Build, maintain, and execute CI/CD pipelines for seamless application delivery. - Ensure observability, high performance, and continuous monitoring of deployed services using tools like CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray. - Maintain robust unit test coverage and enforce API documentation standards to publish to developer portals. - Participate actively in solution design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core (versions 6-8) and C# for robust backend development. - Proven expertise in building scalable full-stack applications handling frontend, backend, and data processing. - Strong SQL skills, encompassing the ability to write complex queries, scripts, and manage database interactions. - Deep hands-on experience with AWS API development, particularly involving serverless and event-driven architectures. - Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code principles, specifically using AWS CDK. - Solid understanding of RESTful API design, implementation, and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI. - Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows. - Proficiency with Unit Testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit, applying TDD practices. - Proven ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams. - High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. - Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." - Desired Experience working within the Insurance and Claims domain. - Familiarity with the Guidewire platform or similar implementation projects. - Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems design. - Strong focus on performance optimization and observability best practices. - Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
