• Define end-to-end architecture for AI/ML and Gen AI, Agentic AI, MCP systems including data pipelines, model training/inference, and MLOps. • Serve as a strategic advisor / consultant to clients, leading solution design discussions, presenting AI/ML architectures, and representing 3Pillar in client-facing interactions to drive innovation and business value. • Architect scalable solutions using cloud-native AI tools (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI). • Lead the integration of Generative AI into components / features leveraging LLMs into enterprise applications using APIs (OpenAI, Gemini and others) or open source models like LLama. • Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS and similar). • Guide teams on MLOps frameworks for CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining. • Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions and benchmark AI tools/platforms. • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in AI, ML, Gen AI, Agentic AI space and recommend adoption strategies. • Mentor technical teams and guide solution architects, AI/ML engineers. • Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices including bias detection, interpretability, and governance. • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues and strengthen the expertise in the organization. • Collaborate with leadership to align machine learning strategies with overall business objectives. • Represent the organization at industry conferences, workshops, and events. • Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for applying machine learning to business challenges.

• Design and implement scalable data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, Delta Lake, and cloud technologies. • Build batch and real-time data pipelines using PySpark, Kafka, and Spark Structured Streaming. • Develop AI-ready data architectures supporting analytics, ML, LLMs, and RAG applications. • Design semantic models, data governance, metadata, and data lineage solutions. • Implement vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval solutions for AI applications. • Build and manage ML/LLMOps pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD. • Ensure data security, RBAC, compliance, and governance across the platform. • Mentor engineering teams and define architecture best practices.

• Implement and refine quality assurance strategies as devised in collaboration with the Product Development Manager (PDM) for your engagement(s). Focus on translating strategic visions into actionable plans that enhance testing efficiency and product quality across projects. • Manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks that align with the Architect's technology and quality standards. Ensure projects are executed with precision, adhering to established timelines and resource allocations. • Lead the practical application and optimization of automation frameworks in line with the Architect’s overarching technology roadmap. Drive the adoption of advanced automation tools and practices that enhance testing processes and product quality. • Act as a pivotal liaison between the QA team and other departments, ensuring seamless integration of QA processes with development and product management workflows. Collaborate with the Architect to ensure QA strategies support organizational goals and product innovation. • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the QA team, aligning with the Architect’s vision for excellence.
