• Own and maintain the AML/BSA compliance program for U.S. payments products, including policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Draft and maintain compliance policies covering data privacy rules, AML/KYC requirements, and sanctions screening, keeping documentation current as regulations change. • Oversee transaction monitoring for payment flows; manage alert review, investigations, and SAR filing decisions. • Own sanctions/OFAC screening oversight for payment transactions, including escalation and blocked transaction handling, PEP and adverse media monitoring, and KYC case management — building the SOPs and systems to manage these case types. • Ensure ongoing compliance with payment network and scheme rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, ACH/NACHA) relevant to our products. • Act as the embedded compliance partner to Product and Engineering on new payment features — reviewing designs pre-launch and flagging regulatory risk early. • Manage relationships and communications with state regulators, examiners, and banking/card-issuing partners. • Support external audits and regulatory exams, including evidence gathering and remediation tracking. • Monitor the regulatory landscape for U.S. payments and crypto, and translate changes into program updates. • Deliver compliance training and guidance to the payments team and other internal stakeholders. • Manage state money transmitter licensing (MTL) compliance — exam readiness, license renewals, and reporting obligations across relevant states.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure its robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability • Interface directly with end-users and developers building on Trust Wallet, providing support and collecting feedback to inform product direction

• Content Creativity & Brand Architecture: Lead our overarching creative strategy and brand building. You will develop original, scalable content concepts and campaigns that transform complex wallet architecture and security features into clear, educational narratives. • Brand Identity & Guidelines: Establish and enforce consistent brand guidelines—including tone of voice, visual direction, and core messaging framework—across all regional markets. • Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to deeply master our features and ensure cohesive branding across videos, external partnerships, and events to strengthen overall brand recognition in the Web3 space.

• Content & Video Creation: Act as a key face and voice of our brand. You will brainstorm, script, produce, and star in high-quality short-form video content (X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that translates wallet features into highly engaging, viral, and entertaining narratives. • Growth & Partnerships: Proactively discover, negotiate, and execute co-marketing campaigns in Web3 ecosystems with KOLs, influencers, and Web3 affiliates to build sustainable user growth loops. • IRL & Online Event Activation: Build explosive hype frameworks for online activations (Podcasts, AMAs, YouTube) and major real-life crypto conferences (e.g., Token2049). You will design side-events, coordinate booth activations, and create on-the-ground video content to ensure our brand dominates the industry conversation.

• Provide timely and effective support to users via email and other support channels, resolving inquiries related to wallet functionality, card payments, transactions, and security. • Perform technical triage of user-reported issues, identifying whether problems originate from client applications, APIs, backend services, or external providers. • Investigate and troubleshoot issues using internal tools, logs, dashboards, and available system data. • Escalate complex or critical issues with clear, structured context, including reproduction steps, logs, and impact assessment. • Monitor system behavior and identify anomalies such as increased error rates, transaction failures, or performance degradation. • Assist in incident response, including investigation, user communication, and resolution tracking. • Support post-incident reviews by documenting findings and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. • Follow defined escalation processes for high-severity issues. • Analyze logs and system signals to help identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues. • Support proactive monitoring of key system metrics (latency, error rates, transaction success rates). • Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external providers during service disruptions. • Track and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution. • Assist with access-related requests and follow established procedures for onboarding and offboarding activities. • Support periodic access reviews and contribute to maintaining secure operational practices. • Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve system performance. • Provide structured inputs (logs, user impact, reproduction steps) to accelerate debugging and resolution. • Act as a bridge between users and internal teams during incidents and ongoing issues. • Identify recurring issues and contribute to ticket deflection and process improvement initiatives. • Maintain and improve internal documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases. • Contribute to small internal tooling improvements, automations, or workflow optimizations where applicable. • Monitor user feedback and community channels to identify early signals of potential issues or incidents. • Surface trends or emerging problems to internal teams proactively.

• Identify, initiate, and close strategic partnerships with projects building within the ecosystem partner networks • Serve as the primary relationship owner between Trust Wallet and key ecosystem partner stakeholders, including DeFi projects, DeFi protocols, and network validators • Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to co-develop ecosystem campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and joint GTM strategies • Represent Trust Wallet at ecosystem partner-affiliated events • Build and maintain deep relationships with ecosystem partner companies to drive Trust Wallet integrations and adoption • Proactively identify integration opportunities across the ecosystem partner investment portfolio • Track partner companies roadmaps and surface early-stage partnership opportunities before they go to market • Develop and execute BD strategies targeting assigned regional crypto communities • Build relationships with KOLs, community leaders, media outlets, and regional exchanges • Identify and onboard DeFi protocols, projects, and Web3 communities onto Trust Wallet • Coordinate with marketing on social media to support BD pipeline

Role Description We're hiring a Manual QE Contractor to strengthen our release cycle across Trust Wallet's mobile apps (iOS + Android). You'll work alongside our QE team on: - Executing regression test cycles on iOS and Android release candidates across our supported device matrix. - Filing high-quality bug reports with clear reproduction steps, environment details, logs, and severity rationale. - Performing exploratory testing on new features and flows, surfacing edge cases the automated suite misses. - Triage incoming bugs from internal dogfooding, production reports, and user feedback channels. - Coordinating with developers and release managers during RC cycles — confirming fixes, verifying blockers, unblocking release gates. - Maintaining and extending manual test documentation (checklists, test cases, regression matrices) in our test management tools. - Supporting release-day validation including smoke tests on production builds and post-release monitoring. This is a contract engagement (initial 3–6 months, extendable based on fit and needs), remote, with working-hours overlap with CET expected. Qualifications - 3–5 years hands-on manual QE experience on both iOS and Android mobile apps. - Strong track record with structured bug reporting — reproduction rates, device/OS matrices, logs, severity. - Experience owning or supporting full regression cycles on a scheduled release cadence. - Solid exploratory testing skills — session-based, risk-prioritized, documented. - Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, Jira, Shortcut, or Notion). - Experience with real-device testing via BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar services. - Excellent written English and async communication — contractors operate across timezones with written handoffs. - Working-hours overlap with CET business hours (at least 4 hours daily). Requirements - Prior experience testing crypto wallets, DeFi, or fintech applications (or sensitive financial/user-data products). - Familiarity with browser extension testing (Chrome, Firefox, Brave). - Comfort with basic log/network inspection tools (Charles Proxy, Xcode Instruments, Android Studio Logcat). - Exposure to release management workflows and RC-gating processes. - Understanding of test pyramid concepts and where manual testing fits alongside automation.
