Role Description The Account Manager will work to support current accounts and continue selling Integrated technology solutions and professional services. In addition, the Senior Account Manager will pursue new logos, with margin and revenue generation for both Professional and Managed Services to include GDT's portfolio. They will partner with the Sales, Service Delivery, Legal, Finance and HR to ensure customer expectations and services exceed SOWs. Key Responsibilities: - Create strategies to identify, qualify, and target prospective clients in key markets. - Provide knowledgeable product and service strategy to leverage GDT within the marketplace. - Develop proposals, deliver customer presentations, facilitate demos, and close the business. - Provide full life-cycle account management on all assigned accounts. - Cultivate relationships and become a trusted advisor to maintain and renew business opportunities. - Exceed quotas in a competitive environment and complex sales structure. Qualifications - Ability to leverage existing relationships to establish new business opportunities for GDT. - Exceptionally ambitious and sales-centric with the inherent need to exceed expectations. - Aptitude to learn cutting-edge technology products and services across multiple vendors. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrated passion with strong business acumen and experience running full-lifecycle sales. - Ability to build client rapport, leading to a long-lasting relationship and referrals. - Highly polished and professional – both in demeanor and appearance. - Flexible and adaptable to changing products, trends, methods, and procedures in a highly competitive environment. Requirements - Must have 7+ years’ experience in computer hardware or solutions sales with a proven track record of success and exceeding assigned quotas. - Relationships from one of our primary partners including Cisco, HPE, or Dell EMC. - Verifiable success in developing new markets and winning new logos.
