Client Solution Advisor

PNC

• Manage Merger & Acquisition post-closing distributions from start to finish • Analyze and interpret complex shareholder allocation data in Excel spreadsheets • Work with various banks and other parties to ensure shareholders receive their transaction proceeds • Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external clients • Investigate complicated analytical questions and communicate findings to clients • Partner internally with senior managers for timely resolution of client issues

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze data/spreadsheets and transaction documents
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High sense of ownership
  • Ability to manage and resolve issues
  • Skills in communication with clients
