Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of customer service experience
- Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
- Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

• Conduct scheduled 45-minute Zoom enrollment calls, often in back-to-back blocks throughout the workday. • Lead thorough consultations to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, needs, and desired outcomes. • Build trust, ask meaningful questions, navigate objections, and confidently guide prospective clients through the decision-making process. • Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, focus, and performance throughout scheduled call blocks. • Consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance KPIs. • Clearly articulate the benefits, methodology, and value of the WarriorBabe VIP Program. • Share relevant client success stories and outcomes. • Confidently address questions, concerns, hesitation, and objections. • Guide clients through the enrollment and payment process accurately. • Assist clients in selecting the appropriate program and payment option, including available financing opportunities. • Own and actively manage a pipeline of prospective clients and follow-up opportunities. • Complete timely and consistent follow-up through assigned communication channels. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot. • Complete all required End-of-Day and End-of-Week reporting accurately and on time. • Attend and actively participate in daily Sales Team Huddles Monday through Friday. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Support to ensure an excellent post-enrollment experience.

• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with major donors that deepen donors’ understanding of GiveWell’s work. • Proactively identify the insights, data points, and narratives from GiveWell’s research that are most relevant to major donor decision-making. • Drive and lead team-wide initiatives and significant projects to make our work accessible, from learning journey design, playbooks, and systems to donor events and donor communications. • Translate GiveWell’s research into original donor-facing content that makes our work accessible to analytically sophisticated, time-poor major donors. • Serve as a strategic advisor to GiveWell’s leadership. • Drive improvements to our philanthropy culture, systems, and processes to improve how our philanthropy function operates and scales.
