Job Description

Senior Technical Program Manager

DDN

• Drive execution across product and engineering initiatives • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership • Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex multi-team programs supporting DDN’s product roadmap and technical strategy • Lead cross-functional programs across product management, engineering, and supporting teams • Drive end-to-end customer POC program management ensuring alignment across teams • Build and manage integrated schedules, working backwards from product launch targets • Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments, dependencies, and deliverables are met • Identify risks, technical dependencies, and resource constraints early and drive mitigation plans • Provide clear program status through dashboards and executive-level summaries • Continuously improve program management processes, tooling, and operational rigor

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or equivalent leadership roles
  • Proven experience partnering with product management and engineering teams on complex product development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of software engineering practices, development lifecycles, and system delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Expertise in schedule management, risk management, and driving execution discipline
  • Experience with program and project tracking tools such as Jira and similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
