Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Lingokids
• Own the full recruitment cycle for your assigned roles, from the kickoff meeting with hiring managers to offer acceptance. • Source proactively for roles that are hard to fill, adapting your approach to what the market is showing. • Partner with hiring managers: align on profiles and scorecards, share structured candidate feedback, and bring talent, data and recommendations to the table when needed. • Coach hiring managers on the TA process, structured scorecards, consistent assessment and guidance on best practices. • Build talent pipelines for recurring roles and keep strong finalists from past processes warm. • Track core recruitment KPIs and flag friction or risk early, with proposed adjustments. • Improve how we hire: better processes, better tooling, and AI wherever it adds speed or quality. • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience: every candidate, hired or not, leaves the process with clarity and respect. • Keep our ATS (Teamtailor) impeccable, so data enables reporting and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- +4 years of experience in talent acquisition, running several searches in parallel, autonomously and from start to finish, ideally in an internal TA team at a tech company, startup or gaming/entertainment studio.
- You've managed 5–8 active searches at a time across different areas without dropping the ball.
- Experience hiring technical and/or creative roles (engineering, product, design, game development).
- Strong sourcing skills: you master LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search, and you know how to find and engage passive candidates for competitive profiles, not just manage inbound.
- Comfortable with data: you analyze your own funnel, spot where a search is stuck, and bring numbers to the conversation.
- Excellent stakeholder management: you communicate clearly with hiring managers and leadership, push back with data when needed, and know when to escalate.
- Hands-on with AI in recruitment: you already use AI tools in your daily work (sourcing, screening support, process automation).
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience: a track record of building trusted relationships with candidates and delivering a positive, engaging journey from first contact to offer.
- English is a must: We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential.
- Clear and effective spoken and written communication, especially in asynchronous and long-form formats, is key to collaborating successfully.
Benefits
- Career Growth: Your growth drives our success! We invest in your development up to €2,000 per year for books and training; so you can keep learning and growing with us.
