Junior Systems Analyst – Operations and Support Focus

• Analyze technical tickets related to incidents and requests; • Participate in root-cause analyses of incidents; • Contribute to initiatives that support internal operational routines.

Job Requirements

  • Completed higher-education degree in a field related to information technology;
  • Experience in roles related to systems development, product support, or maintenance;
  • Experience providing support for critical systems at an N2 (Level 2) support profile;
  • Knowledge of distributed systems;
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices;
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch or ELK).
  • Considered a plus: Experience with cloud computing (preferably AWS); experience using Elastic Cloud or ELK; experience with ServiceNow.
