• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Generative AI, LLM reasoning patterns, and autonomous agent frameworks. • Translate complex business requirements from client stakeholders into rigorous technical blueprints. • Lead the architectural design, advisory, and execution of high-impact AI agent ecosystems for enterprise clients. • Own the technical vision for the core Go harness pattern. • Lead the detailed design specifications for agents, establishing structural tool definitions and systemic prompt engineering. • Design and implement a continuous shadow-mode evaluation harness to validate agent performance against live production data. • Oversee or directly build the initial shadow-mode Proof of Concept (PoC) for the first designated agent to accelerate project kickoff.

• Support CQ and business partners on quality systems and compliance activities. • Compile and summarize quality data for reporting, Data Review Board, and Management Review. • Coordinate document control and training activities, including routing, release, assignments, completion monitoring, and records review. • Maintain quality records, including gap assessments, risk assessments, inspection tools, and related documentation. • Support nonconformance/CAPA, quality planning, change management, and effectiveness monitoring activities. • Communicate procedure changes, training requirements, quality expectations, and document updates to cross-functional partners. • Execute and support systems/processes in quality metrics and governance reviews, training and document control processes, audit/inspection readiness and response, quality planning, change management, and risk-based assessments, quality issue and effectiveness monitoring, quality system applications, including DMS, LMS, QEM, ETQ, Windchill, Summit, Compliance Wire, ERP, and warehouse management systems. • Provide GxP coaching and guidance for business partners. • Facilitate external and internal interactions with partners such as DePuy Synthes Quality & Regulatory Compliance, DePuy Synthes Commercial/Sales Operations, Supply Chain partners, Sales Agents, Notified bodies, health authorities, and relevant internal or external partners supporting compliant commercial distribution and field inventory operations.

• Employ the ADDIE Model and performance-based lean ISD processes to produce high-quality web-based and streaming training solutions • Create course design documents based on job task and user analysis • Design instructional materials • Develop end-user and facilitator training materials • Develop content incorporating subject matter expert (SME) input into clearly written and structured materials • Provide input for modifications to course content and activities • Utilize multimedia, instructional technology, and authoring tools to create classroom training and eLearning content • Ensure training products comply with applicable guidance and regulations (SCORM, FISMA, Sections 508 and 504, style guides, etc.) • Suggest and assist with implementing new instructional technology for efficient and effective training delivery • Communicate and work directly with the client in support of design and development efforts • Work effectively as part of dynamic team that includes SMEs, graphic designers, course developers, and technical writers to provide deliverables • Present at workshops and training events as needed • Other duties as assigned based on business needs

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) • Integrate AI APIs and external services to build scalable content generation workflows • Develop validation frameworks, quality controls, and evaluation systems for AI-generated content • Design automated testing and benchmarking processes to continuously improve AI performance • Manage and integrate structured sports data from multiple sources and APIs • Transform sports events and statistics into engaging educational experiences powered by AI • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Curriculum teams to deliver new features and improvements • Optimize AI pipelines, workflows, and system architecture for scalability and reliability • Maintain technical documentation and actively participate in Agile/Kanban workflows • Support QA processes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across AI-powered products
