• Drive new government business across North Asia through strategic partners • Acquire and develop key regional partners with access to government and enterprise opportunities • Position Innovatrics ahead of tenders through early partner and stakeholder engagement • Build senior-level relationships with partners and maintain exposure to government end users • Support partner-driven enterprise and OEM opportunities across the region • Lead disciplined opportunity qualification and bid orchestration • Build and maintain a structured, multi-quarter pipeline • Complete onboarding on Innovatrics’ government portfolio (ABIS, AFIS, eCivil ID, Border Control) within one month • Map priority partners across South Korea, China, and Japan within three months • Formalize strategic partnerships in at least one priority market within six months • Secure at least one strategic government program or major partner-led deal within one year

• Defining and managing the overall revenue strategy for the Fingera product – creating sales plans, forecasts, key objectives, and revenue targets for the team and individuals. • Responsibility for sales performance, meeting plans, and managing revenue predictability (forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, governance). • Managing revenue from new customers – generating and evaluating pipeline, securing SQLs in cooperation with marketing, developing partners, and optimizing the conversion funnel (lead → deal). • Managing revenue from existing customers – upsell and cross-sell activities, revenue campaigns, and ownership of the customer portal (Zoho) as a tool for revenue growth. • Pricing & monetization – managing pricing strategy, pricing tiers and packages, commercial terms (T&Cs, contracts, price lists), and discount policy. • Sales operations & data – ownership and development of key tools (CRM Zoho, BI Qlik, Leapsome), data quality, and analysis of sales metrics (average deal size, time to deal, conversion rate, CAC). • Building and managing the sales team – hiring, structure, development, performance management, and setting up compensation plans (OTE, variable component). • Cross-functional collaboration – developing the partner network, cooperating with support and product management, and connecting market feedback into the product strategy.

Role Description As a Solution Delivery Manager, you'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge biometric technology and real-world implementation, helping our partners and customers leverage our solutions for critical identity applications including: - Elections - Customer onboarding - Passport issuance - Border control This role is a senior individual contributor role focused on technical consulting and solution delivery. It does not include direct people management or team leadership responsibilities. You will transform complex technical capabilities into seamless, practical solutions. Within one month, you will: - Dive deep into our biometric technology stack through comprehensive trainings on SDKs, ABIS architecture, and integration methodologies. - Shadow live customer training sessions to understand real implementation challenges and solutions. - Begin enhancing our technical materials with your fresh perspective and insights. - Build relationships with key team members across Professional Services and R&D. Within three months, you will: - Take ownership of your first client project, becoming their primary technical point of contact. - Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize system performance. - Develop data migration code to support quality analyses and system optimization. - Provide training support and technical consultation. - Prepare to lead technical knowledge transfer sessions. Within six months, you will: - Master specialized tools and technical documentation. - Deliver your first solo training session. - Create technical documentation including tests and reports. - Strengthen collaboration between R&D, product teams, and customers. - Contribute to internal tools and processes. Qualifications - Willingness to travel internationally, especially to African countries. - Professional technical proficiency in French (spoken and written). - Responsible and independent working style. - Strong analytical problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to deliver high-quality outputs and presentations. Requirements - French citizenship or ability to work across French-speaking regions. - Programming languages: Java, Kotlin, C#, Python, and other major languages. - Multiple SQL flavors. - REST API design and integration. - Message Queues (MQ). - CI/CD pipelines. - AWS (or similar cloud platforms). - GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes. - Keycloak. - Exposure to biometrics SDKs, platforms, or solutions is an advantage.
