Job Description

Lead AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI Agent Systems

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Generative AI, LLM reasoning patterns, and autonomous agent frameworks. • Translate complex business requirements from client stakeholders into rigorous technical blueprints. • Lead the architectural design, advisory, and execution of high-impact AI agent ecosystems for enterprise clients. • Own the technical vision for the core Go harness pattern. • Lead the detailed design specifications for agents, establishing structural tool definitions and systemic prompt engineering. • Design and implement a continuous shadow-mode evaluation harness to validate agent performance against live production data. • Oversee or directly build the initial shadow-mode Proof of Concept (PoC) for the first designated agent to accelerate project kickoff.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years to 12 years of proven experience working in a professional services or IT consulting firm.
  • A track record of leading technical delivery teams and managing senior client stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Architecture).
  • Deep, hands-on experience deploying production-grade, multi-agent frameworks, LLM-backed reasoning loops (Gemini), and autonomous workflows.
  • Expert-level familiarity with the Vertex AI suite (Agent Engine, Agent Development Kit, Tuning, Vector Search) and hardened enterprise GCP security architectures (VPC Service Controls, IAM, Pub/Sub).
  • Advanced backend proficiency in Go (Golang) with a strong background in highly concurrent, distributed, and event-driven systems.
  • Clear appreciation for operating within highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, public sector).
