Program Coordinator

• Regularly collect and consolidate information on task and initiative progress • Review statuses for completeness, accuracy, and consistency • Keep JIRA structures, tasks, timelines, ownership, and dependencies up to date • Maintain key program and project artifacts in Confluence • Identify deviations from agreed plans and initiate corrective follow-up actions • Remind responsible owners about critical deadlines and outstanding commitments • Organize and facilitate working meetings, including status meetings, dependency syncs, and release-readiness sessions • Document decisions, maintain action-item logs, and track actions through completion • Prepare regular status reports for program stakeholders and management • Visualize key metrics, progress indicators, risks, and delivery trends • Participate in release planning and coordination of major launches • Maintain a dependency map across teams, systems, and workstreams • Track release readiness, including critical cross-team and technical dependencies • Identify and escalate risks that may threaten release timelines, scope, or quality

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Program Coordination, Program Support, PMO, Delivery Coordination, or a similar role
  • Practical experience working with JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Experience collecting, validating, and consolidating project or program statuses
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, delays, and potential delivery risks
  • Experience organizing and facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Strong skills in documenting decisions, action items, risks, dependencies, and agreements
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise management reports and presentations
  • Proactive communication style and confidence in following up with responsible stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
