• Provide Sales Engineering support including technical demos, proof-of-value (POV) execution, and RFI/RFP responses. • Engage with partner sales and technical teams to support joint selling motions and accelerate deal progression. • Design, build, and validate integrations between partner technologies and the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform against defined standards and best practices. • Work closely with Integration Partners, their Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to promote and advance CrowdStrike's technical and business objectives. • Assist partners with evaluation and Not-for-Resale (NFR) environments including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and product training. • Build and maintain partner demo environments including demo scenarios that effectively showcase joint solution value. • Document integration patterns, best practices, and reference architectures for partner and internal use. • Contribute technical content to the CrowdStrike partner portal and integration catalog. • Provide technical feedback to CrowdStrike Product teams based on partner integration experiences and field observations. • Provide inputs to the technical enablement team to build and improve training content for partners. • Serve as the technical liaison between internal CrowdStrike teams and partners to facilitate collaboration and remove blockers. • Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner-sponsored events. • Track and report on partner integration health, adoption metrics, escalation trends, and field activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, low-touch partner onboarding experiences through automation and tooling. • Identify and incorporate agentic AI solutions to improve integration workflows, partner enablement, and overall operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity, solution architecture, or sales engineering.
- Prior experience working in or with a partner, channel, or alliance ecosystem.
- Experience in a security-focused solution architect or sales engineer role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences including senior executives.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; additional European language(s) are a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian).
- Ability to travel predominantly within the EMEA region and sometimes global as required, including CrowdStrike SKOs and major partner events.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
