• This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator at an established Australian property development and construction company. • You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content from existing assets and distributing it across social media platforms to drive qualified leads. • You will work directly with the leadership team to transform CAD drawings, photography, and 3D renders into engaging marketing materials for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • This role is 60% graphic design and visual content creation, 40% social media coordination and performance tracking in a fast-paced property development environment.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years graphic design experience, preferably in property, real estate, or construction
- Proficiency with CAD drawing manipulation and 3D rendering software
- Experience using AI tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to modify visual content
- Ability to create location-based marketing materials and integrate floor plans into designs
- Social media posting experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Understanding of performance analytics and content optimisation
- Availability during Australian business hours with immediate responsiveness
- Fluent English communication and ability to work autonomously
