Interim Business Analyst – Data Integration, Migration
CROWDCONSULTANTS
• Support the integration of digital tools and applications from local subsidiaries into our clients' global solutions landscape • Analyze existing data structures, business processes, and underlying business logic in locally developed applications and tools • Collaborate with local subject matter experts and external partners to understand legacy data models, document requirements, and define transformation rules • Map local data structures to the target data models of global solutions and ensure data consistency, quality, and completeness throughout the migration process • Design, implement, and maintain repeatable data transformation and migration processes, including the automation of data preparation and integration activities • Support global solution rollouts through accurate and reliable data migration from local systems • Create and maintain clear documentation of data mappings, transformation logic, and business rules to ensure transparency and long-term maintainability
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling, relational databases, and data structures
- Proven experience analyzing source data, understanding business logic, and translating requirements into efficient data models and transformation rules
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA scripting and process automation
- Practical experience working with common data exchange formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and data relationships
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English

Role Description The da Vinci GYN Specialty Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving identification and adoption of new procedures with advanced technology for the da Vinci surgical system.
