Digital Analytics Analyst

• Transformar el comportamiento digital de los usuarios en insights accionables. • Ejecutar el plan de medición digital diseñado por el área. • Colaborar en la configuración y validación de etiquetas en Google Tag Manager. • Apoyar en la implementación y medición avanzada en GA4. • Generar y actualizar reportes y dashboards en Looker Studio o Power BI. • Identificar insights a partir de datos y proponer recomendaciones accionables. • Colaborar al equipo de growth en la configuración y análisis de experimentos A/B. • Mantener la comunicación con equipos internos para coordinar ajustes en tracking.

Job Requirements

  • 2 años o más de experiencia en roles de analítica digital, implementación de tagging , medición web o business intelligence en sitios web con enfoque en leads y venta digital.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager ,Looker Studio, Power BI, Big Query y SQL.
  • Eres profesional de carreras enfocadas a la Ingeniería, Administración, Mercadeo y/o afines.

The ideal candidate will leverage Python, SQL, and Tableau to query, clean, and visualize complex datasets—identifying patterns, correlations, and root causes that drive operational improvements and business decisions. This position involves working with meter asset, communication, energy, event, and customer service data to deliver data-driven insights and performance reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies, enhance data pipelines, and develop dashboards that bring clarity to large-scale operational systems.
