• Design and detail the target architecture for productization and orchestration of agents • Implement core/minimal components of the platform • Develop and test multi-agent (GenAI) agents for prioritized use cases • Integrate agents with internal services via APIs/SDKs • Produce technical and operational documentation

• Exploration of state-of-the-art multi-agent architectures

• Perform data analysis and cross-reference information to generate insights • Conduct statistical analyses and data modeling • Build datasets for inclusion in dashboards

• Map the recruitment journey and identify priority use cases for AI agents • Define the technical architecture (agents, integrations with ATS, data and workflows) and design flows involving LLMs and human-in-the-loop • Develop prototypes/MVPs of agents for priority stages of the selection process • Integrate the agents with corporate systems (ATS, calendars, communications) and iterate based on performance • Structure the capture and analysis of process data and implement monitoring, governance and bias mitigation

• Develop and test automation for data aggregation and consolidation • Participate in technical decisions together with the tech lead and the team.

• Map execution flows of agents and identify key points for log collection and monitoring. • Develop Python pipelines for collection, storage, and processing of execution logs. • Define and implement metrics to evaluate agents' performance, quality, and consistency. • Build automated evaluation routines (evals) for different scenarios and use cases. • Develop analyses and reports on agent behavior, identifying failures and opportunities for improvement. • Support the implementation of dashboards or monitoring tools. • Document the architecture, metrics, and results obtained throughout the project.

• The fellow will support the structuring, development, and evolution of a data solution based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with a focus on organizing, governing, and intelligently providing access to the area's information.
