• Support the integration of digital tools and applications from local subsidiaries into our clients' global solutions landscape • Analyze existing data structures, business processes, and underlying business logic in locally developed applications and tools • Collaborate with local subject matter experts and external partners to understand legacy data models, document requirements, and define transformation rules • Map local data structures to the target data models of global solutions and ensure data consistency, quality, and completeness throughout the migration process • Design, implement, and maintain repeatable data transformation and migration processes, including the automation of data preparation and integration activities • Support global solution rollouts through accurate and reliable data migration from local systems • Create and maintain clear documentation of data mappings, transformation logic, and business rules to ensure transparency and long-term maintainability

• Scale Beyond Founder-Led Sales: Transition our initial momentum as Professionals in providing Professionals to a high-performance revenue engine for IT Transformation Consulting and Interim Management • Pipeline Leadership: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel from generating awareness to contract closing and establishing enduring client partnerships across Europe • Team Building: Recruit and develop a Blend high-level commercial strategy with hands-on execution, taking direct ownership of the European growth roadmap. • Architect the Machine: Codify our sales processes into a scalable playbook and continuously evolve our go-to-market strategy based on real-time market feedback
• Own and manage the product backlog for OT Cybersecurity & Connectivity services, ensuring clear priorities and continuous delivery • Drive the rollout and improvement of OT security solutions, including threat detection and secure connectivity across global sites • Coordinate the integration of OT security tools with corporate platforms (e.g., SIEM, identity, remote access) • Act as the main point of contact between plants, security teams, SOC, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment and clear communication • Collect and prioritize requests, improvements, and deployments from different sites and stakeholders • Support the definition of roadmaps and product strategy, based on business needs and security requirements • Track progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and structured delivery across initiatives
• Define and drive the AI transformation from a people perspective • Turn AI strategy into a clear and simple direction that can be understood across the business • Work closely with the Competence Center for AI, Global People Team, and Functional AI leads to align on priorities and next steps • Design a practical change and communication approach to support the rollout of AI initiatives • Create key materials such as management presentations, training concepts, and communication formats to support the transformation • Help build a structured approach to AI adoption that can be used across different teams and functions
• Own the end-to-end development and operation of GenAI solutions in production , delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications within the industrial and manufacturing sector • Translate business and operational needs into GenAI use cases • Design and evolve RAG-based solutions , continuously improving retrieval quality, grounding, and response relevance • Increase trust and usability of GenAI systems • Implement agent based workflows and orchestration systems • Ensure system stability and performance in production by monitoring, identifying bottlenecks, and improving latency and reliability • Collaborate closely with platform and engineering teams to integrate and scale GenAI capabilities across systems
YOUR MISSION - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of OT Cybersecurity & Connectivity services in alignment with product strategy and business priorities - Own and manage the product backlog (epics and user stories) for OT security services, including Cyber Threat Monitoring, CTD, Secure Remote Access, and Firewalls - Coordinate the global rollout and continuous improvement of Claroty CTD and OT SOC capabilities across plants - Oversee the integration of OT security solutions with corporate platforms (e.g., SIEM, identity, and remote access systems) - Manage and prioritize plant requests, enhancements, and deployments across multiple OT cybersecurity services - Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across plants, SOC, infrastructure, and security teams - Support roadmap planning and product strategy based on business and security needs - Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives, ensuring transparent reporting to stakeholders YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS - Proven experience as a Product Owner / Service Owner / Product Manager within cybersecurity, connectivity, or OT environments - Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity services, including threat monitoring, secure remote access, firewalls, and detection capabilities (e.g., Claroty CTD) - Experience coordinating global rollouts and managing distributed stakeholders across industrial or OT environments - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams - Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban), including backlog ownership and prioritization - Ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple dependencies, balancing roadmap and delivery - Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a structured and proactive approach BENEFITS OFFERED BY CROWDCONSULTANTS - Contribute to a high-impact identity and security pilot with global rollout potential - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, OT, security, and compliance - Work in a complex and challenging environment where architecture, security, and delivery intersect PERFECT MATCH?
