Role Description Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what's next. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to support mobile acquisition efforts. You'll be managing campaigns across key platforms and analysing performance to improve efficiency and growth. You'll also work on attribution and tracking, ensuring accurate measurement in a privacy-first ecosystem. What you'll be doing - Managing and optimising mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads - Analysing campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently - Supporting attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust - Working with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking - Collaborating with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges - Monitoring KPIs and contributing to reporting and performance insights - Running experiments (A/B tests, bidding, creatives) to improve results - Identifying trends and opportunities within mobile marketing and attribution Qualifications - 1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure - A degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or related field - Experience with mobile ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) - Expertise in analysing data and solving quantitative problems - A solid understanding of mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN, ATT) - The ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights - A KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes - The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - Impeccable communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Fluency in English Nice to have - Experience with SQL or Python - A background in computer science or quantitative disciplines - Familiarity with automating reports or bid strategies - An understanding of marketing in a regulated industry Compensation range - Krakow: PLN15,000 - PLN16,600 gross monthly* - Poland: PLN15,000 - PLN16,600 gross monthly* - Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
