Business Development Representative

• Acquire new customers that align with our sales strategy across the Enterprise and SMB market segments • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Fox’s proprietary products, services, operations, and tools • Conduct daily outreach, allocating 90% of the day to prospecting, qualifying, and engaging with new prospects and engaged leads • Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications with customers • Identify and target potential new customers in the Enterprise and SMB segments that align with our sales strategy • Proactively generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, emailing, networking, and targeted outreach • Engage with prospects to introduce Fox Logistics as a premier service provider • Proficiently manage customer prospecting, pipeline, and daily operational tasks through our CRM system • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers during the early stages of the customer journey • Convey the unique value proposition that sets Fox Logistics apart as a best-in-class service provider • Meet or exceed annual quota, monthly KPIs, and next-level qualifiers • Be a contributor to Fox Logistics’ initiatives and ensure compliance with Fox Logistics’ standards and SOPs • Interact with various decision-makers/buyer levels • Participate in business solution planning activities • Stay current with Fox’s business development sales funnel processes • Trains and develops offshore Business Development Representatives as needed • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales and/or business development experience
  • 1+ years of industry sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask with next-level attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and ambitious attitude
  • Thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments
  • Team-oriented with a pulse on results and expectations
