• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn** • Make 50+ cold calls per day** • Build and maintain a consistent lead-sourcing strategy** • Identify decision-makers within target companies** • Qualify prospects on hiring need, timing, budget, and authority** • Schedule and run sales demonstration meetings** • Communicate value clearly and consultatively** • Handle objections and advance deals toward closing** • Manage pipeline from first contact to signed contract** • Follow up consistently with qualified prospects** • Close at least one new contract per month** • Maintain accurate CRM tracking (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)**
- 1–3+ years of outbound sales experience**
- 1–3+ years in high-volume calling environments**
- Experience running sales demos**
- Proven ability to close deals**
