Manager I – Program Management, Supply Chain

• Manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to assure that cost, schedules and performance goals are met • May lead or support all meetings and the integrated product and/or project team from kick-off through project close • Provide interface, communication and coordination with internal and external customers on matters pertaining to existing contracts • Participate as a team member or leader on bid and proposal activities. Ensure that the requirements of the request for proposal are met in the preparation and documentation of bids and proposals for existing customers • May actively seek new business opportunities in coordination with Business Development • May represent management at program reviews, meetings, seminars, etc. • Prepare for and participate in contract/subcontract negotiations. While representing Company’s interests, assure that all government regulatory guidance is adhered to • Develop and implement plans and schedules to execute contracts/subcontracts. Allocate and control contract budgets for labor, material, travel and purchased services. • Regularly report program status to senior management • Formally identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk throughout the program life cycle. Obtains management approval prior to making decisions that will cause deterioration of established program, cost and schedule objectives. • May be required to ensure the overall execution of material on schedule and on budget for a business area • May be required to collaborate on various tasks with various project teams • May be required to various tasks/team/project/Engineering changes • Notify and seek senior management assistance in resolving schedule and budget problems as they arise. • Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident • Perform variance analysis of schedule and cost on a formal and informal basis and present them to senior management (i.e. earned value management system) • May serve as the primary interface with the customer on all matters involving contract execution. • Coordinate with other departments on resolution of contractual problems with the customer • Coordinate with Contracts Administration on issues pertaining to contract requirements, changes, and interpretations. Assure the contract requirements are executed in accordance with appropriate regulations and Company policies and procedures (i.e. federal acquisition regulations) • May provide leadership to program or project team. Assures communication and cooperation among team members and resolves areas of conflict • Ensure a timely closeout of completed programs to ensure that all obligations are satisfied and program documentation is properly recorded • Understand and develop leading verses lagging indicators • Develop and execute program corrective action strategies • May partner with various stakeholders on planning process and system improvements • Develop and understand principles of program planning. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields • Develop and understand cash flow management principles • Develop and understand principles of process improvement (i.e. Lean Six Sigma) • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Senior Manager, Supply Chain – Offshore Sourcing, Offsets

• Develop and execute a multi-year offshore supply chain strategy for EOIS technical commodities and assemblies (electrical, mechanical, optical) aligned to program and product roadmaps • Identify regions and market segments for offshore sourcing based on capability, risk, and total cost of ownership • Lead make-buy and localization analyses; drive sourcing decisions supporting cost, schedule, and technical requirements • Build and maintain a pipeline of offshore opportunities (NPI, sustaining, subassemblies, COTS/modified COTS, build-to-print) • Identify, evaluate, and onboard offshore suppliers using structured processes (RFI/RFQ, capability assessments, audits, trial builds) • Lead supplier qualification in partnership with Quality, Engineering, Program, and Manufacturing teams • Establish supplier performance management cadence (OTD, quality, responsiveness, cost) • Drive dual-sourcing and alternate sourcing strategies to improve continuity of supply • Partner with Business Development, Contracts, Legal, and Finance to shape and execute offset strategies tied to international pursuits • Translate offset obligations into executable supply chain plans • Quantify and track offset value realization, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements • Lead commercial negotiations with offshore suppliers (pricing, terms, payment) • Assess and mitigate risks associated with offshore sourcing (counterfeit risk, IP protection)
Senior Manager – National Sales, Marketing

• Responsible for driving revenue growth and design wins for EOIS family of thermal drone cameras engineered for UAV, UGV, and USV applications • Own pipeline creation, account strategy, forecasting, and customer engagement from evaluation through production ramp, with a focus on high-volume OEM and integrator adoption • Own an aggressive revenue growth plan for a family of thermal drone cameras by executing the business plan aligned to short- and long-term growth objectives • Develop and manage account plans and go-to-market strategies for OEM and integrator customers building UAV, UGV, and USV platforms • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline focused on platform OEMs, payload/gimbal integrators, autonomy stack providers, and government/prime contractor channels • Lead sales forecasting (monthly rolling) using market data, customer program timing, and production ramp expectations • Position technical differentiators for unmanned applications • Coordinate and manage customer technical product evaluations, integration support, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs • Provide voice-of-customer insights to product management and engineering management: roadmap priorities, configuration demand, pricing/volume expectations, and competitive positioning • Monitor competitive activity and recommend strategy • Identify and support the right trade shows, demos, and field events focused on unmanned systems, ISR payloads, and autonomy integration • Collaborate with Marketing to develop focused collateral that emphasize the product line’s right to win • Recruit and enable channel partners/representatives as appropriate; train internal/external sellers on value proposition and qualification strategy • Represent the company at technical, social, and business events; maintain relationships with customers, primes, integrators, and relevant government stakeholders
Senior Contracts Administrator

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts • Conduct the negotiation and administration of agreements between the company/customers/subcontractors/vendors ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures • Responsible for reviewing contract solicitation terms, handling contract award confirmations, interpreting agreement terms and conditions and identifying potential issues, reviewing agreement amendments / modifications and incorporating changes • Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, identify risks and areas of concern on contract terms and conditions and provide contractual advice, guidance and support to the Contract Lead/Program and Operations Managers • Respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions • Provide fulfillment of contract deliverables, billings and cash collections • Conduct proposal preparation for customer requirements • Prepare and analyze major price proposals • Participate in TINA implementation/sweeps • Negotiate terms and conditions • Monitor contract performance and cost controls and ensure compliance with contract terms • Prepare teaming agreements, MOUs, MOAs, and domestic and international consultant/sales representative agreements and other contractual agreements • Prepare contractual documents, including the preparation of contract terms and conditions, and assemble contract documentation package • Participate in management review of proposals/contracts and in the conduct of program reviews • Assist in the preparation of export license applications • Assist with subcontract negotiation and management • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend DRS’ mission, values and culture • Maintain effective internal and external customer relations • Perform special projects as requested
