Role Description As a Logistics Specialist at ICON, you will manage the end-to-end logistics process to ensure the efficient flow of materials and supplies for clinical trials. Your role will involve delivering supply chain and procurement work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. - Coordinating and overseeing the shipment, delivery, and storage of clinical trial materials. - Working closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions. - Monitoring and analyzing logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards for the handling and transport of materials. - Managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and resolving any logistics issues that arise. - Liaising effectively with customs authorities, depots, third party vendors including courier companies and brokers regarding study shipments, custom clearance, and delivery. - May be assigned to be the point of contact for internal/external audits in relation to logistics and supplies, could be assigned as Point of Contact (POC) for country specific questions and related tasks. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical environment. - English: Fluent written and spoken. - Strong knowledge in clinical trial management. - Thorough understanding of GCP, GMP and GDP. - IMP regulatory requirements knowledge (including import and export expertise). - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools. - Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%). • Set up and manage RADAR license, monitor SISCOMEX entries for accuracy • Support Head of Supply Chain & Logistics in new market expansion • Vet and manage local customs brokers • Ensure timely stock replenishment and order management • Ensure real-time inventory synchronization • Develop and oversee KPI’s for logistics and fulfillment performance • Lead RFP process for 3PL providers and local packaging suppliers • Strategize logistics flow for Amazon FBA and other B2B distribution channels

• Source and manage domestic and international logistics providers for all transportation modes, including truck, rail, air, ocean, warehousing, project cargo, and standard freight • Manage shipment planning data (requests, ASNs, and system-generated demand) and coordinate with teams to maintain shipment visibility and execution • Develop logistics plans aligned with PO and customer contract terms, ensuring supplier, customer, and carrier compliance while supporting safety, service, and cost goals • Prepare and verify shipping documentation and labeling to ensure compliance. • Assist the Logistics Lead and Manager with transportation budgeting, quotations, budget tracking, and variance analysis • Communicate logistics trends, market indices, best practices, and competitive solutions to guide innovation and efficiency • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Procurement to support logistics execution

• Provide logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination • Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders • Update account managers on problem loads and what actions have been taken, update receivers and customers on status of loads • Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition • Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposes • Investigate product overages, shortages, damages, and complete appropriate documentation • Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments for all loads; accept or decline loads based on direction from account managers • Provide detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers
