• Set up and manage RADAR license, monitor SISCOMEX entries for accuracy • Support Head of Supply Chain & Logistics in new market expansion • Vet and manage local customs brokers • Ensure timely stock replenishment and order management • Ensure real-time inventory synchronization • Develop and oversee KPI’s for logistics and fulfillment performance • Lead RFP process for 3PL providers and local packaging suppliers • Strategize logistics flow for Amazon FBA and other B2B distribution channels
• Owning and driving the technical delivery of the web-based sign-up funnel, from architecture decisions to shipping polished user interfaces. • Building and running A/B experiments, iterating rapidly based on real-time results and data insights. • Setting the standard for code quality, performance, and accessibility within the team. • Mentoring and supporting junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance. • Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to deliver user-facing features of the highest quality. • Contributing to a healthy, scalable, and sustainable codebase. • Working hands-on with analytics and data, taking a data-driven approach to frontend decisions wherever possible. • Ensuring continuous delivery of new releases while working in an agile way.
• Support Cyclers and prospective Cyclers via email across a wide range of topics, including app functionality, subscriptions, devices and integrations, and shipping/logistics • Independently troubleshoot complex user issues, particularly those involving connected devices, app behavior, and integrations—owning each case from first contact through resolution • Manage and prioritize multiple conversations, ensuring timely follow-ups and no detail falls through the cracks • Navigate multiple tools and communication channels (including Slack) to track updates, gather information, and collaborate on ongoing user cases • Communicate in a way that is warm, clear, and efficient—balancing empathy with precision • Follow established processes while confidently adapting to edge cases and new scenarios • Meet individual and team performance goals, including volume, CSAT, and response times • Capture patterns, recurring issues, and insights to help improve our product and internal workflows • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product, systems, policies, and ongoing initiatives
• Own the pre-signup web funnel —shaping strategy and optimizing key website surfaces to clearly communicate value and drive users to start sign-up • Run and evaluate A/B tests across messaging, layout, and UX to continuously improve conversion and accelerate learning • Identify and act on conversion opportunities by analyzing traffic, funnel behavior, and user intent • Collaborate closely with the Sign-up, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure a seamless, aligned experience across the acquisition journey • Use data and user insights to guide decisions, define success metrics, and validate hypotheses • Drive a strong experimentation culture, championing a test-and-learn mindset across the team and cross-functional partners • Write clear product requirements and drive execution with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver fast, high-quality improvements
• Design web experiences and pages that help women discover, trust, and get started with Natural Cycles — work that educates and converts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and A/B test web elements, focusing on key metrics like lead generation and conversion rates • Manage the full design lifecycle, from initial concepts and user journey mapping to wireframing and high-fidelity mockups • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure impact • Contribute to our design system, brand, and broader design initiatives
• Design high-performing web experiences: Create visually engaging, user-centered web pages and experiences that help users get started with Natural Cycles • Continuously optimize performance through A/B testing and iteration • Take ownership of web design craft together with the team, maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency • Bring ideas from concept to high-fidelity execution across all web touchpoints • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, marketing, and engineering to deliver and test ideas quickly • Use data, user behavior, and research insights to inform and validate design decisions • Contribute to and evolve our design system, components, and visual language
