Regional Logistics Specialist – Latin America

• Set up and manage RADAR license, monitor SISCOMEX entries for accuracy • Support Head of Supply Chain & Logistics in new market expansion • Vet and manage local customs brokers • Ensure timely stock replenishment and order management • Ensure real-time inventory synchronization • Develop and oversee KPI’s for logistics and fulfillment performance • Lead RFP process for 3PL providers and local packaging suppliers • Strategize logistics flow for Amazon FBA and other B2B distribution channels
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in LATAM trade compliance
- Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of local market trade compliance and in-country operations
- Hands-on experience with RADAR/SISCOMEX (Brazil)
- Direct experience with Linnworks or similar OMS like NetSuite
- Strong understanding of LATAM import taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS in Brazil)
- Experience coordinating with global internal partners
