• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales, profit, market share targets and other key business results. • Develop and execute regional strategic market plans in partnership with leadership. • Build, strengthen, and maintain executive-level relationships with large dental groups and Dental Support Organizations (DSOs). • Identify, acquire, and manage strategic regional key accounts while ensuring long-term profitability and customer satisfaction. • Lead commercial negotiations, annual business reviews, and strategic account planning with key customers. • Serve as a role model by demonstrating the organization's core values and leadership principles. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Academy, and Global teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and innovative programs. • Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer-specific marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns. • Work with Academy teams to develop scalable education and training solutions for customers. • Monitor regional sales performance, margins, and financial results, implementing corrective actions when necessary. • Provide regular business updates and strategic reporting to senior leadership. • Travel approximately 35–45% throughout the region.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong background in key account management and complex commercial negotiations.
- Experience with pipeline management, customer segmentation, and sales and marketing campaign execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and consistently exceed business objectives.
- Experience within the dental industry, particularly with Group Dentistry or Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) strongly desired.
- Experience managing strategic regional or national accounts.
- Financial acumen with experience managing sales performance, profitability, and business metrics.
