The Opportunity As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Strategy & Digital Personalization Director, CDP (Customer Data Platform) you will play a pivotal role with CDP implementation & oversight. Responsibilities - Leading digital personalization, MarTech, and/or CDP initiatives - Driving audience segmentation, customer journey orchestration, and cross-channel activation strategies - Shaping platform roadmaps and implementation strategies; - Translating business objectives into scalable digital solutions; - Leading complex initiatives across business and technical teams; - Understanding of customer data strategy, integrations, and activation workflows; and, - Influencing strategic direction across multiple workstreams What You Must Have - At least a High School Diploma - At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Bachelor's degree - Proven experience working with and versed in Adobe Experience Cloud products - Previous experience in CDPs (Customer data platforms) such as Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP) or similar products; - Understanding of customer profile segmentation and experience in 360-degree view of customers in CDP - Proven track record of managing successful CDP implementation, data architecture and data modeling; preferably with experience working in CDP, CRM - Deep understanding of data-driven marketing, analytics and relevance / usage of real-time event data and associated attributes; - Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (i.e. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) - Command of identifying resolution components and enabling technology (i.e. profile merge rules, identity graph, identity service provider, etc.) - Working with audience-based digital marketing strategy either at an agency or brand - Oversight of the CDP technology solution (e.g. oversee steady state assisting teams, interact with business owners, plan for break / fix and other enhancements / maintenance) The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
