• Maintain business systems and support data governance. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for clients and employees, ensuring a seamless experience. • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and system processes. • Provide day-to-day administration for the firm's systems and databases, supporting internal stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve business systems and promote consistent system usage across the firm.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Systems Administration, Administration Coordination, Practice Management, Operations Support, Executive Assistance, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills: Fluent written & oral English skills.
- Proactive mindset: Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, identify priorities, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Systems administration experience: Experience maintaining databases, business systems, CRM platforms or operational records with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Microsoft 365 proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based business systems.
- Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive business and client information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong Internet Connection: Must have a strong uninterrupted internet connection.
- Preferable - Australian business experience: Previous experience supporting Australian businesses, professional services firms, or accounting practices.
